We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented sales expert who wants not just to earn, but also grow with the fastest developing car leasing company in Lithuania. WHEELSTREET is a modern car leasing and sales company helping thousands of Lithuanians acquire their dream car on the best terms.
What does your day look like?
- •Consult clients about car leasing options by phone and in person
- •Help select the most suitable financing option based on client needs
- •Organize car viewings and test drives
- •Accompany clients from first contact to contract signing
- •Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referrals
- •Work with CRM system and track your results
What we expect from you
- At least 1 year sales experience in B2C or B2B
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Results orientation
- Driver's license (B category, required)
- Lithuanian language (English or Russian is a plus)
- Computer literacy - CRM, email, Excel

Looking for an organized, proactive and curious person who will help our sales team achieve even better results. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry, learn sales fundamentals, and become a sales expert within 6-12 months.
What will you do daily?
- •Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- •Prepare leasing applications, contracts, and other documents
- •Enter information into CRM system and keep it updated
- •Coordinate meeting times between clients and sales experts
- •Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
- •Help deliver cars to clients (after training)
What we expect
- Higher or secondary education (can be incomplete)
- Computer literacy - Excel, Word, email are your friends
- Organizational skills - can manage multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail - accurate document completion
- Communication skills - enjoy interacting and helping people
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Lithuanian language - excellent writing and speaking skills
- Driver's license (B category) is an advantage

Looking for an energetic, communicative and results-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone and is not afraid of cold calls. Your task - find potential clients interested in car leasing and schedule meetings for our sales experts.
What does the day look like?
- •Call potential clients - use our contact database and find new ones
- •Identify needs - understand if the client is interested in car leasing
- •Schedule meetings - organize meetings with our sales experts
- •CRM management - record call results in the system
- •Track results - monitor your statistics and optimize the process
What we expect
- Clear, pleasant and energetic speech
- Resistance to rejection - don't fear "no"
- Results orientation
- Independence - can work without constant supervision
- Technical literacy - computer, CRM system
- Previous phone sales experience is a plus
- Lithuanian language - excellent pronunciation and expression
