We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented sales expert who wants not just to earn, but also grow with the fastest developing car sales company in Lithuania. WHEELSTREET is a modern car sales company helping thousands of Lithuanians acquire their dream car on the best terms.

What does your day look like?

Consult clients about car purchase and financing options by phone and in person
Help select the most suitable financing option based on client needs
Organize car viewings and test drives
Accompany clients from first contact to contract signing
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referrals
Work with CRM system and track your results

What we expect from you

At least 1 year sales experience in B2C or B2B
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation abilities
Results orientation
Driver's license (B category, required)
Lithuanian language (English or Russian is a plus)
Computer literacy - CRM, email, Excel

What will you do daily?

Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
Prepare financing applications, contracts, and other documents
Enter information into CRM system and keep it updated
Coordinate meeting times between clients and sales experts
Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
Help deliver cars to clients (after training)

What we expect

Higher or secondary education (can be incomplete)
Computer literacy - Excel, Word, email are your friends
Organizational skills - can manage multiple tasks at once
Attention to detail - accurate document completion
Communication skills - enjoy interacting and helping people
Willingness to learn and improve
Lithuanian language - excellent writing and speaking skills
Driver's license (B category) is an advantage
