Stage 1: Request and budget (1 day)
Call +370 610 33377 or fill in the request form. Tell us which model you're looking for (brand, generation, budget, preferred mileage and year), or let us suggest options based on your situation. Within 24 hours we'll present 5–10 vetted car options from the relevant country (usually Germany or Belgium) with initial photos, VIN history and a price quote.
Stage 2: Initial assessment (1–2 days)
Our technical specialist team assesses the initial options based on: (a) the Servicebuch or TÜV/MOT history, (b) the CarVertical VIN report — US accident imports, hidden faults, (c) a check of the seller's reputation (BCA, ADESA, Mobile.de, AutoScout24). We reject options with an incomplete service history or any salvage-title indication. We then provide the customer with a final shortlist of 2–3 options.
Stage 3: On-site inspection (1 day)
Our engineer travels to the point of purchase (a Mobile.de dealer, a BCA auction, the Brussels terminal, etc.) and carries out a 120-point inspection: (a) paint thickness gauge — checking for repainted panels, (b) inspection of weld seams — frame straightness check, (c) engine and transmission diagnostics with Bosch and other equipment, (d) a test drive of at least 30 minutes. Only after this stage do we agree on the final price.
Stage 4: Transport (4–7 days within the EU, 6–12 weeks USA/China)
Within the EU — open-trailer transport to Lithuania. The route is optimized: Germany → Vilnius (3–5 days), Belgium → Vilnius (4 days), Netherlands → Vilnius (4–5 days), Finland → Vilnius (3–4 days via Estonia). From the USA and China — container sea freight to the Port of Klaipėda. We give the customer real-time updates by phone and email at every stage.
Stage 5: Registration and handover (3–5 days)
In Lithuania we handle: (a) payment of customs duty and VAT (where applicable — USA, China), (b) the Lithuanian technical inspection certificate, (c) registration with VĮ Regitra (€12.40), (d) payment of the pollution tax based on the CO2 emissions class, (e) arranging insurance (third-party liability or KASKO). The customer receives the car with full Lithuanian registration documents and a 24-month WHEELSTREET MANGO warranty.
